Khadija Ghias is the founder of Mentors Now and has extensive experience in biomedical research, biotech startups, and project management. She combines her expertise in leadership and management with personal experience in Silicon Valley tech culture to enforce mentee success, developing mentorship programs customized to address their goals. Her passion for empowering others has resulted in numerous efforts to lead, mentor, and engage startup culture within developing countries. Her mentorship program has seen enormous success, with the majority of mentees landing a job within a month of joining the program.
